    Once again my dog has a cut to his paw because he stepped on glass on pathway. This is a frequent problem for dog walkers. There are no bins here to encourage people to keep pentwyn tidy. Most of the lightweight litter ends up in bushes so I assume litter picking employees do not clear this although residents can see it. Report on FixMyStreet
